What Do We Do?

What do we do when the world says whats wrong is fine?

Why don't we stop them from committing the crime?

How can someone rob a helpless babe of it's breathe?

When is it okay to intentionally cause death?

Who gave us the right to play God?

Where did we get the idea this wasn't odd?

What Are You About?

When people look at you, when they talk to you, how would they describe you? What would they say you were about?

What do your actions say? A lot of the time we talk big, but fail to follow through. I'm not trying to be judgmental, I have messed up like this quite a few times. But that doesn't have to be the norm. 

You can put your actions where your mouth says they are.

I feel very strongly about many things, and sometimes they get all tangled up in my head. I don't know where to start so I never do, and nothing changes. I don't want to keep making that mistake! So I determine everyday to prioritize my life.  

It's not going to be easy and I'll probably mess up a lot but I won't stop trying; because it's worth it to try again and fail, that's how we change. Slow, repeated, difficult steps. 

I want to be about hope, I want people to be encouraged after I talk to them. 

I want to lose this weight.

I want to finish the stories I've started.

I want to give more of myself.

I want to love more, to be more like Jesus, to know Him better.

I want to cause change.

I will.

I will be about hope, people will be encouraged after talking to me. I will loose weight. I will love more, be more like Jesus, and know Him better. I will finish the stories that I've started. I will give more of myself. I will cause change!

I just read a story about a surrogate mother, carrying a child who may be seriously ill, pressured to abort, but choosing to keep the child.

I wish I had more information for you. What she is doing is so brave and selfless. Because she knows it is a life. She and the baby need our prayers.
